Pro-women Safe Sanitary Foundation Commemorates International Women’s Day
Member Vivian Akudo Nwogu, a registered nurse and native of Ihitte Ezinihitte Mbaise IMO state Nigeria, founded Pro-women Safe Sanitary Foundation to make sanitary pads available and affordable to young underprivileged girls in Nigeria. They recently had their second event in Commemoration of International Women’s Day. They covered three states by sending teams to the IMO state, Rivers state and Benue state. They are hoping to get more support from people, organizations, and the Government so that they can make more impact in the society at large.
